- Is it possible to enjoy an entirely bespoke experience?Every journey is entirely bespoke. Itineraries, timing, anchorages, pace, onboard services, and the orchestration of private celebrations or exceptional moments are curated exclusively around you. - Does the presence of the skipper ensure discretion?Our skippers are carefully selected professionals, experienced in serving guests accustomed to the highest standards of privacy. Their presence is consistently discreet, respectful, and never intrusive β ensuring your privacy is preserved at all times.
- Which destinations can be reached?You may explore the most iconic and secluded destinations of the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, including Capri, Ischia, Procida, Positano, Amalfi, Nerano, as well as more hidden bays, selected according to sea conditions and your personal preferences. Every route is thoughtfully curated to ensure a unique and exclusive experience.
- What is included in the charter service?The service includes the selected yacht, professional crew, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, soft drinks, and a welcome aperitif on board. Dedicated support from our team is ensured throughout your journey. Any additional services β such as fuel, marina fees, catering, onboard lunch, transfers, or exclusive experiences β are always arranged in advance with complete transparency.
- Is fuel included?No, fuel is not included in the charter rate. After your booking is confirmed, one of our reservation specialists will personally provide you with a transparent estimate of fuel costs, which may vary depending on the departure and arrival ports, as well as the chosen itinerary.
- How long does the sea experience last?The standard duration is a full day (10:00 am β 6:00 pm), with the possibility of extensions or entirely bespoke experiences tailored to your preferences and the type of journey you wish to enjoy.
- How many guests can be accommodated on board?Each yacht is certified in accordance with current regulations. Our team will personally assist you in selecting the vessel best suited to ensure comfort, space, and privacy for all guests.
- How is guest privacy ensured?The privacy of our guests is an absolute priority. Every experience is managed with the utmost discretion, from planning to navigation. No information is ever shared, and every detail is meticulously arranged to provide an intimate, secure, and protected environment.
- What happens in case of unfavorable weather conditions?In the event of unsuitable sea conditions, we will work with you to determine the best solution, offering the option to reschedule your experience or define an alternative, always prioritizing safety and comfort. For this reason, we recommend booking your day cruise at the start of your holiday, allowing greater flexibility to adjust plans if needed.
- How can I request a dedicated proposal?You can contact us via the dedicated form, specifying the purpose of your inquiry and providing all relevant details. Our Travel Destination Designer will respond with a confidential proposal, exclusively curated around your desires, and delivered in the shortest possible time.
- What happens in case of seasickness?If you are prone to seasickness, we suggest notifying our team in advance. This allows a preventive remedy to be provided before boarding. Should discomfort become unmanageable during the journey, you may request to disembark safely.
- How does the booking process work?Our booking system allows you to initiate the reservation by submitting the required payment. However, the yacht and selected date are considered fully reserved only upon receipt of a confirmation email from our team. Only after this confirmation are the vessel and chosen date guaranteed and secured exclusively for you.
- When is my booking officially confirmed?A booking is considered definitively secured only upon receipt of our formal confirmation email. Until that time, the availability of the yacht may vary.
- Which payment methods are accepted?To ensure an exclusive, secure, and transparent service, we offer a selection of secure and convenient payment options: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, prepaid cards, and Apple Pay via the Stripe network. Cash payments are also possible, within the limits established by applicable regulations.
- What documentation will I receive upon booking?Upon booking, Ninfio Yacht Charter will send a formal confirmation email detailing every essential aspect of your charter: assigned yacht, date, schedule, departure and arrival ports, a summary of included services, any additional arrangements agreed upon, and a reminder to bring a valid form of identification. At the same time, you will receive the contractual documentation along with an outline of applicable terms and conditions. In the days leading up to your experience, our team will provide all necessary operational information to guarantee a seamless and effortlessly curated experience.
- When is payment required?Payment is always made in advance, both for the yacht charter and for any additional services requested (extras, customizations, or bespoke arrangements). This allows us to organize every detail with the utmost care and ensure a flawless, worry-free experience.
- What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the reserved date. The amount paid will be refunded as promptly as possible, using the same payment method, and no later than one working week. Our team will review any refunds for additional services involving third parties on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
