Warning: make the diagnosis and choose the most suitable version of PLAY IT STRAIGHT:

– Play it Straight Extra for Natural Hair: Fine hair, application time approximately 15 min. (without heat source). Normal hair, application time approximately 20 min. (without heat source). Resistant hair, application time approximately 25 min. (without heat source).

– Play it Straight Regular for Colored or Lightened Hair up to 30% and Permed Hair: Fine hair, application time approximately 5 min. (without heat source). Normal hair, processing time approximately 10 min. (without heat source). Resistant hair, processing time approximately 15 min. (without heat source).

IMPORTANT: It is not recommended to use PLAY IT STRAIGHT on bleached hair, hair lightened by more than 30% or highly porous hair. Do not apply PLAY IT STRAIGHT on hair colored with metal-based substances. Do not use on hair previously straightened with alkaline products based on sodium hydroxide (lithine) or guanidine carbonate. Wait at least a week before applying any further straightening treatment. During the processing time, do not use a heat source and do not cover the hair with film. Advice before application: it is recommended to do a preliminary test on a lock of hair to determine the correct processing time. Apply PLAY IT STRAIGHT on dry, unwashed hair. Protect the face and neck area with a protective cream.

How to use:

1- Preparation: starting from the nape of the neck, divide the hair into sections and apply a porosity leveling protector to dry hair, lock by lock, combing carefully. 2- Straightening: use PLAY IT STRAIGHT in the chosen formula and apply the straightening cream lock by lock (locks about 1 cm wide) starting the sections from the nape of the neck, without touching the scalp. Gently comb section by section with a wide-toothed comb without creating violent tractions. 3- Processing time: read “Make the diagnosis”. The product works from the beginning of the application of the first lock. Therefore, check the result obtained at the end of the minimum processing time indicated on a test lock. Once the processing time has elapsed, comb the hair again, always with a wide-toothed comb without strong tractions. Rinse thoroughly and dab off excess water. 4- Preparation and use of the straightener: apply a porosity leveling protector and dry the hair. Starting from the nape of the neck, straighten your hair with the ceramic plate until it is perfectly smooth, adjusting the temperature according to the structure of your hair. 5- Neutralization: apply the neutralizing cream to dry hair, lock by lock, comb and leave for 10-15 minutes. 6- Rinse and finish with shampoo and mask after technical treatments.

Tip: on short or not very curly hair, you can skip point 4 and go directly from point 3 to point 5. Regrowth treatment (roots): in the event of a subsequent straightening treatment, apply the product only to the base of the hair (regrowth). In this case, the regrowth must be at least 4 cm, protecting the lengths and ends with a protective cream.
